Steven Hitchcock
Trustee
Steven Hitchcock is a Florida Board Certified Elder Law Attorney who serves as one of the trustees of trusts administered at American Charitable Trust of Florida. Inc. Steve has been involved in the administration Special Needs Trusts for over 10 years. Steve also has his LL.M. in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law and is one of only a few attorneys in Florida to be both Board Certified and have an LL.M. degree in Elder Law.
Aubrey Posey
Co-Trustee
Aubrey Posey has been a practicing attorney for more than a decade and spent several years working to the Florida Department of Elder Affairs in Tallahassee, Florida. This experience allows Aubrey to bring a unique perspective to American Charitable Trust Inc. serving as co-trustee.
Eagle Trust Administration LLC
Under the oversight of the Trustees, Eagle Trust Administration, LLC assists the Trustees in the daily administration and accounting for all trusts administered under American Charitable Trust of Florida, Inc. Eagle provides ongoing accounting, payment services and administration.
